Chilli Hostel - Wroclaw

The cleanliness of the hostel was impressive, and the location was excellent for my business trip. The hospital, bank, and government office were all conveniently close by. Additionally, the main railway station was within walking distance. I also appreciated the spacious kitchen, even though I didn't use it myself.

On the negative side, the washing machine was not free of cost, which was an inconvenience. You had to pay every time you wanted to use it.

During my Easter stay at this hostel, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to assist with any queries or requests I had. the location of the hostel was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. Another advantage that I appreciated was the provision of private curtains for each bed, which gave me a sense of privacy during my stay.

There were a few aspects that I was not entirely satisfied with. the kitchen area was quite small, limiting the number of people who could eat there at the same time.

Lack of cleanliness, with dirty sheets and a strong smell throughout the hostel. Noisy environment, with thin walls and no house rules about quiet hours.

As longer term business travelers, we found the facilities at this hostel to be perfect for our needs. the common room provided a great space for us to relax and socialize after a long day of work. the WiFi worked flawlessly, allowing us to stay connected and productive. We also appreciated the convenience of having plugs and lights by the bed, as well as the curtain for added privacy. the decor and interior design were modern and fresh, giving the hostel a vibrant atmosphere. the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even finding a lost earring for us. the bunk beds with curtains provided the perfect level of privacy. the location was also ideal, being close to the center, railway/bus station, and Old Town.

Felt like visiting family, incredibly welcoming with no complaints.

I recently stayed at Chilli Hostel for a few nights during my trip to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The location was great, just a short walk from the old town and close to convenience stores and shopping centers. The kitchen facilities were good and the WiFi was reliable. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Chilli.

Nothing not to like.

The best aspects of my Christmas stay were the convenient location and the cozy atmosphere. the hostel was situated right in the heart of the city, close to transportation and within walking distance of various attractions. This made it easy for me to explore and navigate the city during the festive season. the hostel had a warm and welcoming ambiance, with a well-designed common area and comfortable beds. I enjoyed the festive decorations and the friendly staff, who were always ready to assist.

There were a few negative aspects that impacted my overall experience. there was a lack of cleanliness in certain areas of the hostel.

The value for money at this place was great, I definitely got more than what I paid for. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, plus the location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town center. The staff were super friendly, they made sure I had a comfortable stay.

The breakfast could have been better, it lacked variety.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions I had. the showers, toilets, rooms, and kitchen were all incredibly clean and well-maintained. the bed was comfortable, and I liked the privacy curtains that were provided. the option to rent towels or buy slippers for the stay was a convenient touch.

That parking was not available on the property itself. Instead, it was located in the city parking zone and could get quite crowded during the day.
